How do I return items?
The return shipping costs are at your own expense. You can also return online orders anytime within the 7 days in our Antwerp Store. However purchases made in the store are not refundable.

To return an online purchase by post just follow these instructions:

  • Go to our return portal by clicking on the link below or via the track and trace email you received 
    https://spul.shipping-portal.com/rp/
  • Type in your postal code and your order number or track & trace number.
  • We will process your return and send you a return label.
  • Print the label and return your item.
  • Once we receive the return, we will refund you the amount minus the transaction fee within 3 days through the initial payment method. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
  • *Note that a shipping cost will be charged for returns. This is not a fee that we charge! It's the cost of buying/creating a return shipment label. The return cost the same as the initial shipping cost.

Items returned to us in a non-sellable condition, will not be refunded and may be sent back to you. We reserve the right to refuse any returns that are not returned in the original condition. 

Orders from a certain amount include free shipping. However if the customer wishes to return an item, dropping the total order value below the minimal amount for free shipping, the initial shipping cost and transaction fee will be deducted from your refund.
Should the total order value after returns stay above the minimum amount for free shipping we will only deduct the transaction fee from your refund (not the initial shipping cost).

It is possible (but highly unlikely) that an item on the site is sold and at the same time is sold at our store. In this case we will contact you and refund you the entire amount asap.

Until we receive your return the items and their condition remain your responsibility. 

You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 3 days for your refund to appear in your bank if you paid via credit card or bank transfer.
